  • Oreo Cookies – 3 packet

  • For Oreo Swiss Roll Base
  • Oreo Cookies powder

  • Butter – 2 tbsp

  • Milk – as required(1/4th cup+ 2 tbsp)

  • For Oreo swiss Roll Cream
  • Oreo Cookies Cream

  • Milk – 3 tbsp

  • Butter – 2 tbsp

  • Fresh Cream – 1/4th cup

  • Desiccated Coconut – 2 cups

  • Oreo swiss roll Base
  • Firstly, take 3 packets of Oreo cookies and separate cream from it.
  • Grind all cookies to fine powder.
  • Add 2 tbsp butter and mix well making sure everything is well combined.
  • Add 1/4th cup+2 tbsp milk and knead well.
  • Knead to a smooth and soft dough adding more milk if required.
  • Place cookie dough over butter paper.
  • Flatten slightly, and place a butter paper over it.
  • Roll slightly thick making sure it is of uniform thickness.
  • Peel off the butter paper and keep aside.
  • Oreo Swiss Roll Cream
  • Mix Oreo cookies cream, 3 tbsp milk, 2 tbsp butter, 1/4th cup fresh cream and blend it until you get a smooth mixture using hand blender or hand whisker.
  • Add 2 cups of desiccated coconut and mix well.
  • Oreo Swiss Roll Preparation
  • Now transfer the cream over the rolled cookie dough.
  • Spread uniformly making sure its evenly distributed.
  • Now roll tight making sure there is no gap in between.
  • Wrap in butter paper and seal the sides.
  • Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until it is set completely.
  • Slice to a thick pieces and is ready to serve.
